Greek ENIGMA Bipolar Disorder Working Group (Thessaloniki)
The database is developed in collaboration and receiving guidance from the ENIGMA Bipolar Disorder Working Group. Our aim is to contribute to the enrichment of the ENIGMA Bipolar Working Group and the ENIGMA databases, with neuroimaging data and genetics data. The Group has founded to databases in Thessaloniki and Katerini, Greece:
a. Greek Psychiatric Neuroimaging Database (Thessaloniki, Katerini)
b. Katerini General Hospital Genetics Database (Katerini)

The Database is updated with neuroimaging data from the area of Greece, Cyprus, the Balkans and the Caucasus, based on sMRI data from Greek - Cypriot Greek and migrant populations.

Katerini General Hospital Genetics Database (Katerini)
The Database is updated with neuroimaging data from the area of Greece, Cyprus, the Balkans and the Caucasus, based on DNA/ RNA extracted from blood samples from Greek - Cypriot, Greek (mainly from the reggional units of Pieria, the Prefecture Thessaly and the city of Thessaloniki), and migrant populations.
